Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

United Kingdom

Delivery to the United Kingdom mainland

We are happy to deliver to addresses on the UK mainland free of charge – very generous we hear you shout! Any bag orders placed during the week before 12pm, are usually delivered the Next Working Day. Bag orders placed over the weekend will usually be delivered dispatched on the Monday. Unfortunately we are not able to offer weekend delivery. Items are posted using First Class Recorded Delivery and are usually delivered within 1-2 days.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man

If you want your lovely new TwoZero product delivered to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, a delivery charge will be added to your order. Costs do vary but are typically £5.95 These shipments can take up to 5 days, please call for confirmation or to make alternative arrangements if you need it urgently.

Europe

Delivery to Ireland and Continental Europe

If you want your TwoZero product delivered anywhere in the European Union, a delivery charge will be added to your order. Costs vary but are typically €8 These shipments typically take up to 5 days. Import duty, customs charges and other local taxes may apply to deliveries to countries outside of the European Union.

North America

We ship via UPS and offer a Standard Ground Service or Premium Next Day Air Service. Delivery charges for the Premium Service are dependent on the product purchased and the delivery location. Please contact us for confirmation of delivery charges.

Returns and Repairs

TwoZero hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied and wish to the return, repair or exchange your item please email us on .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). We will endeavour to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your TZ product then you can return it within 14 days of purchase as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging plus a copy of your receipt of purchase. Please let us know in advance if you plan to return your TwoZero product.

In the case of returns where you would like arefund - once we′ve received your unused TZ product, we′ll refund you the amount of the original purchase, excluding any delivery costs, using your initial method of payment.

For all returns and any exchanges, you are required to cover the cost of the return delivery to our offices. Should we need to send out a replacement item due to a fault or incorrect delivery, we will pay for the item to be returned to you. For your own security, we do recommend using a recorded delivery service when sending goods to us. Please note that returned product will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of your receipt of purchase.

If you purchased your TZ product from a retail store or another online retailer, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it, please contact the reseller directly. We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers.

Repairs

If your TwoZero product has a fault, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If it is necessary to send your product back to us for repair, you will be asked to return your TZ to our nearest office at your own expense. If after inspecting your TZ, we are satisfied it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. This is subject to our product guarantee. If we are unable to repair your TZ, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.

For all returning product, we will provide you with a Returns Reference Number to include with the returned package.
